Shipping policy

Hey there, fabulous shopper! Welcome to Shoppy shipping. We want your goodies to arrive safely, quickly, and with a big smile. Here’s a rundown of our shipping process and what you can typically expect.

1. Order Processing Time: 

  • Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days after you place your order.
  • Orders may also be processed on weekends or holidays.
  • If there’s a mistake in your order, let us know immediately so we can try to correct or cancel it. Email info@shoppy.contact to let us know what's up.

2. Production Time:

  • Production is usually included in the processing time. This is where your tee is made by one of our awesome print partners.
  • Rarely, production can take longer if a fulfillment center is busy. We don’t usually reroute orders because each center is chosen for specific designs to look their best.

3. Shipping Methods:

  • Our fulfillment centers ship via reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, UniUni, and Ascendia.
  • Different products may ship separately.
  • Available shipping options (Standard, Express, etc.) will appear at checkout if applicable.

4. Shipping Rates:

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on the product(s) and destination.
  • If your order qualifies for free shipping, the shipping cost will be $0 at checkout.

5. Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Delivery times vary based on product type and destination.
  • In the continental U.S., Standard shipping for t-shirts generally takes up to 2-5 business days, while orders to Canada and international orders may take up to 10-30 business days.
  • In our experience, it's possible to receive your order quicker than expected or it may take the full time. We are not responsible for late, lost, or stolen packages.

6. Order Tracking:

  • If tracking is available, you’ll receive an email with the info once your items ship.
  • Tracking availability depends on product and shipping method.
  • If you didn’t provide your email at checkout or didn’t receive tracking info, you can request it at info@shoppy.contact

7. Shipping Restrictions:

  • We’re not able to do P.O. boxes or military addresses. We ship to addresses within the U.S., Canada, and select international destinations.

8. Customs and Duties (International Orders):

  • Most products ship from the U.S. Some orders may be routed closer to your location to reduce wait time.
  • The customer is responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees levied by their country's customs authorities. We cannot predict or control these charges as they vary by country and various government administrations.
  • We're not responsible for delays or extra charges due to customs processing, tariffs, etc.

9. Order Modifications and Address Changes:

  • Once your order's in, it’s tough to make changes. However, if you email us right away, we'll see if we can change or cancel your order before it’s too late. Let us know at info@shoppy.contact

10. Lost or Damaged Shipments:

  • We’re not responsible for carrier mistakes or mishaps, but reach out if there’s a problem and we’ll see if we can get in touch with the carrier.
