Refund policy
Hey there, superstar! We're thrilled you've chosen our printed goodies to add some sparkle to your life! Each item is made just for you, which means we don’t typically accept returns or exchanges — but we do want you to love your purchase as much as we enjoyed creating it.
If there’s a problem with your order or you’re not completely in love with your new tee, let us know! We’ll look into it and see what we can do to set it right.
All return requests should be emailed to info@shoppy.contact within 14 days of receiving your order — please snap some pics for us too. If you can reach out sooner, even better.
For each return request, be sure to include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- A few photos so we can see what’s up

Returns FAQ
1. “Why don't you have an open-ended return policy?”
As a small made-to-order operation, returns don't always gel with our business model. For example, here are some situations that especially don't work for us:
- Bracketing – buying the same item in multiple sizes or colors, knowing a bunch will be returned later on
- Wardrobing – buying an item knowing it will only be worn once or twice and then returned
- Scams – unfortunately, these exist and can impact small businesses like ours
- Bulk orders – we can’t refund bulk or large orders (10+ items)
Instead, we consider every return on a case by case basis.
2. “What if my item is Incorrect or Defective?”
If your order arrives with an “oopsy-daisy” (like a printing error, wrong size, or damaged item) — email us at info@shoppy.contact. Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- A few photos so we can see what’s up
We’ll review everything and reply within 72 hours. Sometimes we may connect you with our fulfillment partner to help speed things along.
3. “The final product looks different in real life?”
Our T-shirts are printed on demand, so it might look different once it gets to your doorstep. For example:
- Neon colors may print darker than expected.
- Designs may print brighter or darker than shown online.
- Design size and placement may be different.
- Textures may look different due to the DTG printing process.
- Base t-shirt colors can differ depending on device display differences or manufacturer changes.
Bright or emoji-style designs may print differently on black versus white or colored tees. Black tees usually make the design pop more, while white or colored shirts will sometimes produce a softer, more muted effect. We don't guarantee returns for color or texture differences, but please reach out to us if the tee didn't print how you expected.
4. “I ordered the wrong size or base tee color”
In the future, try to use the size guide, but mistakes can happen. Use the same return request process. Note before you order that base tee colors may vary and may not look exactly as shown. We don't guarantee returns for wrong size/color or buyer's remorse, but look at each case individually. We encourage shoppers to share their real reasons for the return request so that we can get to the bottom of the issue.
5. “I washed my shirt, can I still request a return?”
If there’s an obvious defect, don’t wash it—just email us. Otherwise, one wash won’t affect your return request since we don’t resell tees. Sometimes washing actually helps the fit or feel settle in, and that “I love my new tee!” feeling was just a little delayed.
Don’t judge your tee too fast, either—If it arrives a bit wrinkly or with a faint print-shop smell, a quick wash or some fresh air will do wonders. Any leftover printing odor won’t last long—it just means your tee is brand-new and fresh.
Washing & Care Tips:
- Wash cold, inside out
- Dry on low heat, inside out (or lay flat for delicate fabrics)
- Avoid dry-cleaning
Washing inside-out in cold water helps protect both the design and the tee. Pilling (“fuzzies” or “balling”) can happen from dryer heat — try lowering the heat, air-drying, or reducing dryer time if this happens. Separate colors for the first few washes to avoid bleeding.
A little love goes a long way — gentle care helps protect the design and fabric, keeping your tee looking top-notch through plenty of wear and adventures 💪
⚡Pro-tip: Remove your tee from the dryer before it wrinkles to keep it looking fresh!
6. "Can I request a refund through this survey?"
We occasionally email surveys for feedback or customer service. Some surveys may have an option to request a refund directly with the print provider. If you're ever in doubt about whether a survey is from us or its purpose, please reach out to us.
7. “I want to change or cancel my order”
If you notice a mistake after placing your order (like the wrong address or item) or need to cancel, email us right away at info@shoppy.contact. We’ll do our best to catch it before it goes into production, but once printing starts, it might not be possible to make changes or cancel it.
